Epic Games recently released a lot of new quests in Fortnite. Most of these quests come from the summer event and the Magneto questline, which was enabled on Tuesday, July 2. The popular Marvel character will stay in the game until the end of the season. However, some players may not be able to unlock all of his cosmetics due to the difficulty of quests.

The Fortnite community is fed up with a Magneto quest and believes that it’s nearly impossible to finish. While the challenge has generated a lot of buzz, the truth is that completing it is much easier than many players think.

This Fortnite quest is deemed nearly impossible to complete, but there’s a catch

Unlocking Magneto and his cosmetics requires completing a new questline. Most of these quests are easy and can be completed in a match or two. However, one of them seems to be causing big issues for many players. Reddit user LostFromLight recently made a post about the quest that requires blocking hits using the Magneto Power. The player considers it the “worst quest ever.”

Many other players agree with the statement, as the post has received more than 2,000 upvotes and hundreds of comments. However, completing this quest is very straightforward with the right strategy.

“Friendly fire counts too, just do it with friend,” martinek89 advised, pointing out how easy it is to complete the quest. User lowlight23 pointed out that the Fortnite quest can be easily completed in Team Rumble. However, finding the Mythic weapon is a difficult task in this mode, as players have to rely on getting it from chests.

Despite many players considering this to be the worst quest, some community members made fun of them. “Fortnite community when quests can’t be completed before the first circle forms in their first game,” sentient-sloth posted, while others correctly pointed out that challenges were much harder in the early seasons of Fortnite.

After all, the quest can be easily completed with a friend or an NPC. As long as someone is shooting at you, you can block hits without much effort and complete the challenge to unlock a fancy new glider!
