Tarisland Food Festival and Gourmet Chest locations

Tarisland’s Food Festival is live from June 27 to July 3rd. As you take on the challenges of the event, you’ll be tasked with making various recipes. For the most, part, the recipes are a tutorial to the main grind of the event, the mysterious Gourmnet Chests. This guide will help you with the Tarisland Food Festival event, alongside finding the Gourmet Chests.

Tarisland Food Festival event guide

To start the Food Festival event, players must click on the horn icon next to the red banner event screen on their UI9 near the minimap and check the Food Festival tab. From there, you can start quests. We recommend following the quests to understand the basics of the event.

Cook Dishes

Go to any of the food stalls for the festival, which you can find to the right of the stairs near the Town Hall staircase in Silverlit, the eastern road inside of Ancash Tribe Village, and the northernmost platform at Luen City.

Share Dishes

Create a meal and share it with a player in the area. The game will point you in the right direction to complete it.

Gourmet Giftbox

Complete elite dungeons or Arcane Floor levels to get the rewards for this quest.

Gourmet Chest

Find gourmet chests around the world map and open them by giving them the recipes they need.

For the most part, the first three quests are fairly straight-forward. However, the Gourmet chest quest requires more searching.

Tarisland Gourmet Chest Locations

There are 12 Gourmet Chests scattered around the world map, with 4 in each major zone. We have provided maps of each zone, with special food festival chest icons to help you locate the chests. Check below for the locations for each region, alongside notes on finding them in game.

Please be aware that each chest requires a different recipe from that area of the map that you can get from the food festival stalls. It also needs to be pure quality too. Also, be aware that the recipes from the stalls are time-gated through the entire event. You won’t be able to open some of the chests till those recipes unlock. Check the food stall in the region you’re in for more information on when those recipes unlock. The locations of the Food Festival stalls are as follows:

• Ancash – On the eastern road inside Ancash Tribe Village.
• Silverlit – To the east side of the staircase leading to Town Hall.
• Misty Forest – On the northern platform of Luen’ Upper City.

When you open a Gourmet Chest, you’ll get rewards and Rainbow Candy, the currency used to buy rewards from the Food Festival Vendor.

Ancash Gourmet Chest Locations

1	Sour Wild Wolf Soup (Pure)	Go to the Chieftan Hut in the Ancash village tribe and look northwest. The chest is on top of a wooden column.
2	Fish Stew With Eggs (Pure)	Climb to the top of the Ancient Ruins entrance. Use Arcane Stairs from the cliffside to easily access up. You’ll find the chest on teh stone column closest to the stone stairs by the road.
3	Seafood Flavour Beef Stew (Pure)	Go to the Lair where the world boss can spawn north of the docks and climb the rocks to access a boulder overlooking the beach to find the chest.
4	Premium Stew (Pure)	Continue onwards from 3 and follow the coastline all the way to the northern tip. The chest is by the water on ground level.

1. Go to the Chieftan Hut in the Ancash village tribe and look northwest. The chest is on top of a wooden column.
2. Climb to the top of the Ancient Ruins entrance. Use Arcane Stairs from the cliffside to easily access up. You’ll find the chest on the stone column closest to the stone stairs by the road.
3. Go to the Lair where the world boss can spawn north of the docks and climb the rocks to access a boulder overlooking the beach to find the chest.
4. Continue onwards from 3 and follow the coastline all the way to the northern tip. The chest is by the water on ground level.

SilverLit Gourmet Chest Locations

1	Meat Skewers with Nuts (Pure)	Go to the trading post area of the city, and use a unicorn mount (which you can redeem via the TARISLAND code) to jump across. Alternatively, use two arcane stairs to cross safely.
2	Honey Grilled Fish (Pure)	Use two arcane stairs to climb up the Starlight Library roof on the left side of the building, near the garden area.
3	Surf and Turf Skewers (Pure)	Go to the western side of Town Hall, and then land on the circular platform overlooking the arches on the northern side of the Military Zone. The chest is on the arch. Use a few arcane stairs to cross to it.
4	Barbeque Bucket (Pure)	Look for the round building furthest east from the town hall. Follow the small path behind it to find the hidden gourmet chest.

1. Go to the trading post area of the city, and use a unicorn mount (which you can redeem via the TARISLAND code) to jump across. Alternatively, use two arcane stairs to cross safely.
2. Use two arcane stairs to climb up the Starlight Library roof on the left side of the building, near the garden area.
3. Go to the western side of Town Hall, and then land on the circular platform overlooking the arches on the northern side of the Military Zone. The chest is on the arch. Use a few arcane stairs to cross to it.
4. Look for the round building furthest east from the town hall. Follow the small path behind it to find the hidden gourmet chest.

Misty Forest Gourmet Chests Locations

1	Funny Sauce (Pure)	Go to the Lune Spring, then travel south from the spring. You can go to a cliff edge and land on the tree. From there, fall onto the wooden hut below it. The chest is on the top floor.
2	Spicy Beer (Pure)	Go to the Merfolk / Pristine Valley teleport stone. Then travel west along the rocky cliff and follow the grass around it. When you reach the shore tip, there’s a rock going north you can walk on. Follow the rock around to a large vine, and the chest is visible at the edge of the rock that meets the vine.
3	Psychedelic Water (Pure)	Go the the upper level of Luen city and look behind the northernmost building for the chest.
4	Chaos Soybean Paste Soup (Pure)	Go to the Camp Teleport Stone near Stag Ridge. Travel north towards the broken shrine to the east of Luen City.  Go to the broken statue facing the city, then jump to the small stone platform below. Turn around, and you should see the chest slightly underneath the platform you jumped from on the ledge. Jump from that stone to get on the ledge underneath the platform to access the chest.
